To communicate with related central kitchen operation in charge for the needs of product development. 4. To source for ingredients and communicate with Procurement Dept. For the needs of product development. 5. To plan and conduct new products development for nationwide OLDTOWN outlets or Limited Time Offers (LTO) Program. 6. To plan and conduct the execution of New Product Trial Run. These include preparing new product testing for OLDTOWN top management. 7. Development of Standard Operating Procedure and Manuals for new products, tools and equipment. 8. To monitor the overall performance of New Products Launching and OLDTOWN menu and recommend necessary changes to improve on the products. 9. To review and update of Central Kitchen Production Standard Operating Procedures/ Process Control From when required. 10. Ensure the standard of food quality, quantity; presentation and value are consistent and maintained. 11.
