Research Executive

The primary role of the Research Executive is to perform deep evaluation and research of mainstream and social media data (article coding/ ticket sentiment analysis) and provide written summaries in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia for client report production using a quantitative methodology.
Mainstream and social media data coding Assisting in producing report by going through assigned data to identify relevant key information required for data analysis and have the data delivered accurately and in a timely manner Provide written summaries in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia Providing written summaries in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, which may help in report production Compliance Adhere to all applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees Act in line with our Group Values Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to read Chinese characters. Degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business, Statistics, Journalism or other related Social Sciences. Preferably with 1-2 years experience in media, market research or related industry. Excellent reading, comprehension, and analytical skills with an ability to summarise key issues and themes from media articles as well as organise and prioritise work according to tight deadlines. Strong interest in news and current affairs.
