Synkd is a platform that looks to help with work/life balance and upskill users digitally via a single platform.Originally a marketing platform (marketing.synkd.life) where customers can run cross channel campaigns, we have recently shifted to help users and companies digitally transform. Synkd counts over 4500 premium publishers, Global advertisers and their agencies as customers.Due to growth, the team are seeking an experienced **Research Manager** to join the family to work on amazing audience led creative projects for key clients.**Key responsibilities**:- Writing research studies- Working with or sourcing external sample databases- AB testing- Building brand- Coming up with recommendations- Presenting to senior clients**Desired skills and experience**:- Outstanding quantitative skills, ideally with some qualitative experience- A proven track record in developing strategic campaign plans that deliver results- A good knowledge of the media industry and the role of strategy planning- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels- High level proficiency with Excel- Detail-orientated and analytical approach to life- A drive to be successful which differentiates you from your peers- Technology category experience a bonusPlease also sign up to Synkd for free by visiting my.synkd.life to get a full understanding of the platform.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Evening shift- Flexible hours**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Research: 3 years (preferred)- Quantitative analysis: 3 years (preferred)- Qualitative analysis: 1 year (preferred)Work Remotely:- Temporarily due to COVID-19
