Reservation Agent

Job Description Handling reservations inquiries and requests with the highest level of professionalism and customer service Efficiently and promptly establishing the correspondence service to guest inquiries.
Ensure that the guests' information is accurately processed on a timely manner.
Full knowledge of the hotel facilities and activities.
Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and able to resolve guest complaints and to establish an amicable relation with clients and customers of the hotel.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Results and service oriented with an eye for details Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
