**RESPONSIBILITY**:- Accountable for handling local and overseas individual room bookings within assigned shift.- HANDLE LOCAL AND OVERSEAS INDIVIDUAL ROOM BOOKINGS- Note accurately booking requirements, subsequent amendments or cancellations.- Check room situations.- Accept / reject accordingly.- Process special requests.- Regret over bookings.- CONTRIBUTE TO OVERALL EFFICIENCY OF THE SECTION- Draft reply telex.- Confirm reservations.- Deal with deposits and vouchers.- Process special rates.- Handle group bookings.- Control room inventory control log.**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Reservation: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Johor Bahru (preferred)
