Reservation Executive

Sunway Giza Mall, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Main Duties:
A team player and assist in the effective operation of the Reservations department.
Communicate with guests, lead guests to make the booking, and update into system.
Respond promptly and professionally within 24 hours to guest inquiries via phone calls and emails.
Always support operation/frontliners and provide necessary assistance especially on guest's requests.
Job Qualifications:
Welcome fresh graduates; training will be provided.
Proficiently speaking in Mandarin is an advantage.
Experience in hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
