The Hotel introduces unique dining outlets, including a Cantonese restaurant, rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with views of the Petronas Twin Towers.RESERVATIONS AGENT (CLUSTER ROLE)Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Cluster Reservations Agent with multi-property responsibility, including Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests, capturing sales from incoming calls, and coordinating reservation details to ensure guest satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:Capture sales from incoming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.Run daily reports for department and operational departments.Answer General Reservations e-mail and process brochure requests.Process various types of reservations (WRO, Trust, Internal, and FIT).Confirm and guarantee non-guaranteed reservations and clear waitlisted reservations.Run reports checking for special requests and inform Manager of any Special Attention or VIP guests.Monitor Front Desk reservations made the night prior and address any recurring issues.Contact guests or travel planners to clarify discrepancies in preferences or requests.Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and Fluent English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.Visa sponsorship is not available for the role.
