Residence Manager

Supervise a team of residence staff in their daily chores.- Support in arranging different aspects of functions in the residence.- Arrange and oversee maintenance and services in the residence, including the upkeeping of the landscape.- Responsible for purchasing of all items, including food & beverages, flowers, household supplies, for residence and also stock level monitoring.- Check with superior on programme for the day and carry out proper execution for staff to follow.**Job Requirement**:- Only open to local Malaysians.- Must be able to converse in English.- Highly disciplined, proactive, and independent in carrying out the duties with mínimal supervision.- Practice high hygiene standard, pleasant and presentable.- Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.- _*Actual salary is not reflected in this ad._**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
