The Four Seasons Private Residences Kuala Lumpur is looking for aResidences Attendantwho shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
Our Residences Attendant will have the opportunity to shape the resident experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service.
This position reports to the Residences Manager.
Work authorization for Malaysia is required.
Responsibilities
The Residences Attendant is dedicated to maintaining cleanliness, set-ups and amenity space standards at the residence pools, fitness centre and locker/changing rooms, as well as surrounding areas.
The Residences Attendant ensures a welcoming environment will be enjoyed in our amenity spaces, responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum resident satisfaction and comfort, and comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
Some of the duties of a Residences Attendant are:
Maintain pools, fitness facilities and locker/changing rooms according to Four Seasons standards and ensuring it is clean and hazard free.
Ensure guests amenities, towels and other guest supplies are properly stocked in all amenity spaces at all times.
Physical work included lifting/pushing/carrying supplies/equipment and refreshments.
Example: towel bins, used wet towels, clean fresh linens.
Familiarize with facilities, equipment, services and products information in order to provide guests with accurate information.
Handles all owner and resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating requests whenever possible.
Handles additional requests from Manager as directed.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Assists during all emergencies and will provide an updated list of residents, including disabled and elderly residents when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of the location, are hands-on, good communication skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability.
Applicants are required to have 2 to 3 years of work/study experience in a related position.
Relevant experience working in other luxury/high service orientated environments, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification and knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.
This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Visa sponsorship is not available for the role.
