Resident Engineer (C&S)

JOB DESCRIPTION Monitor construction operations and project execution and ensure all works are in accordance with contracts and standard requirements.
Quality control of all contractors' performance with respect to specified and approved materials, workmanship and construction details.
Attend site/project meetings and facilitate communication between different teams, including contractors, engineers, and clients
Coordination of day-to-day matters arising between contractors and all consultant team and provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.
Attend meetings and liaise with Authorities for approvals, if any
Report directly with management and ensure that work in progress is accordance with good engineering practice
REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Construction Industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment
