Resident Technician Porsche

**Objective of job**- Fast response to any issue arises at customer plant due to Porsche wiring harness and as a window of fast communication between DEM and PPP- Support as well finished product for BMW Inokom.**Principle activities**- Represent DEM in any quality matters to customer including first tier supplier to PPP.- First contact person for customer.- Attend regular customer meetings- Responsible handling the immediate action at customer plant which include rescreening and reworkthe wiring harness in case of an 8D is issued to DEM or under the instruction of superior.- Able to do a thorough investigation of wiring harness problem whether the problem caused by DEM ornot.- Ensure no interruption at customer plant due to wiring harness.- Able to read customer drawing correctly and able to reasons with customer with good knowledge.- Communicate with key person for Porsche product at DEM for any quality issue that may arise.- Prepare status presentations for customer and management- Ensure weekly and monthly Reporting of Resident Feedback for Management is correct and on-time- Monitoring of external PPM, Quality cost, 8D Reports, Quality Feedbacks and make sure withintargets.- Supervise support team on site.
