Resort Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee overall business and daily operations for the resort.
Direct all employee functions of the resort in accordance with company policies and practices.
Develop and implement regional strategies for meeting goals in revenue generation, market share performance, guest satisfaction scores, associates opinion scores, and net operating income.
Corporate : Plan annual operations that support strategic direction set by the Board of Directors in correlation with the annual operating budget.
Finance - KPI : Manage cash flow of the resort and be accountable for the overall management of resort funds, collections, and expenses.
Achieve sales targets for the financial year as per the approved budget.
Monitor progress of overall sales and marketing plans and activities of the resort.
Operations : Develop short-term action plans and long-range planning for new programs and strategies that impact the hotel based on existing corporate directed goals and any new goals that are created.
Human Capital : Establish training and development programs to enhance employee knowledge of best practices.
Effectively manage people resources to meet the needs of the resort including career development.
Undertake any other duties assigned in the best interest of the company.
