Restaurant Captain

Position Summary: To assists the Executive / Assistant manager / Manager of Food & Beverage in performing duties and replace the managers in absence. To supervise the staff and assists all times.
Job Description: Oversee day-to-day operations & ensuring smooth operation on the respective in charged outletsTo train and guide new staff in the performance of their jobsAbility to handle cashiering system for payment or keying in orders if requiredResponsible for ensuring sufficient food & beverage supplies and operate equipment during outlet's operationTo assist the banquet functions for events/corporate lunch preparation and set-upTo assists the Assistant manager / Manager of Food & Beverage in performing their duties in their absence Job Requirement: Minimum SPM.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in F&B industry.Preferably candidates from Food & Beverage Chain/ Restaurant/ Hotel is an advantage.Self-motivated with positive attitude.Willing to work on shift basis, must be able to serve alcohol.Bartender experiences is an added advantage.
