Restaurant Crew - Kitchen (Black Canyon @ Setia City Mall)Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes efficiently and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedure.
Plate dishes before delivering items to customers.
Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas at all times while following daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Maintain stock balance in the fridge or freezer during outlet closing.
Label food stocks with dates to maintain freshness.
Prepare dishes as needed.
Ensure cleanliness of utensils used for cooking.
Wash all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly.
Refill all raw materials or food products.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.
Job Requirements:
Strong interest and passion in food preparation.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English.
Having a valid Typhoid Cert and Food Handling Cert will be an added advantage.
