-TEST/HWI4U/HACCP/HALAL.
-To plan for and ensure refurbishment and maintenance requirements are carried out.
-Recommend and improve internal control measures.
-To deliver company's experience to the customer.
2) Sales
-To implement and coordinate all national marketing activities.
-Personally, meet and farewell a minimum of 80% of your customers
-To plan and manage all local Casa's marketing activity within the area; ensuring resources are deployed to the best effect.
3) Profit
-To increase restaurant performance through sales building.
-To evaluate and control expenditure within the approved limit.
-Actively pursue cost saving measures.
4) People
-To lead, motivate and energies the restaurant team so that they live the company's values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family.
-To plan manpower requirements, recruitment/hiring and promotion within the restaurant.
-To manage labour cost efficiency by improving labour productivity.
-To identify training needs of restaurant team and ensuring that subordinates are trained,
-coached and developed.
-To role model excellent communication skills through treating all fellow Nandocas with
-respect and integrity ensuring information flow is two way and that listening skills are
-deployed.
5) Administration
-Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
-To implement effective restaurant administration; cash-ups/banking, stock control, security and safety.
-Ensure proper documentation and filling.
