Recruit, train and supervise staff- Agree and manage budgets- Plan menus- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines- Promote and market the business- Oversee stock levels- Order supplies- Produce staff rosters- Handle customer enquiries and complaints- Take reservations- Greet and advise customers- Problem solving- Prepare and present staffing/sales reports- Keep statistical and financial records- Assess and improve profitability- Handle administration and paperwork- Liaise with customers, employees, suppliers, authorities and sales representatives- Make improvements to the running of the business and developing the outlet**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role- Customer service experience as a manager- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills- Acute financial management skills- Degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary school is a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On call- Rotational shift- Weekend jobs
