Job Description & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to meet performance goals.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profit margins.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage and oversee the food service operations of the cafeteria.
Lead & supervise a team of F&B staff.
Administer staff records and submit reports to immediate supervisor.
Manage, build, and maintain cordial relationships with customers and clients.
Accountable for food cost management, menu planning, and the development and creation of new product needs.
Responsible for the running and supervision of food preparation to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered to clients.
Ensure that the operations team adheres to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards as set in our HSE requirements.
Implement Kitchen Planner & Inventory system for own outlet and perform central ordering.
