Restaurant Manager

1. Ensuring that all guests are well taken care of in the interests of the Company.
2. You are responsible for the welfare and wellbeing of all staff employed in Jing Ze restaurant.
3. Bi-annual job chats & Appraisals for all Supervisory and Junior Staff
4. Ensuring Staff Training plans are on track and executed to its optimum impact. Including leading of specific trainings.
5. Ensuring all systems, policies, structure, practices are being adhered to.
6. Ensuring a pro-active work culture throughout the entire business.
7. Pro-active monitoring and analyzing of the sales spectrum.
8. Recruiting and managing/monitoring staff performance closely.
9. Agreeing and Managing Budgets / Forecasting Budgets.
10. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
11. Promoting and marketing the business.
12. Oversee stock levels.
13. Produce Staff Rotas.
14. Present weekly management reports covering People, Events, Building, Numbers, accurately.
15. Handling Complaints in a swift and amicable manner.
16. Driving sales revenues & profit margins to reach target KPIs and beyond.
