Main Duties & Key Responsibility:
Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest.
Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions.
Ensure that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed during operations hours.
Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests.
Utilize computer to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence.
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe opening & closing.
Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
Work closely with manager in monthly beverage inventory.
Report to property on time and in proper uniform.
Job Requirement:
At least have working experience in the related field.
Have Typhoid Injection & Food Handling Certificate.
Can accept switching between different branches as needed.
Passionate and committed towards excellence.
Able to work shifts, public holidays & weekends.
Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
