Restaurant Supervisor

Job Descriptions:
• Oversee day-to-day operations & ensuring smooth operations on the respective in charged outlets.
• Train, guide & coach service staff including counseling whenever required.
• Responsible for employee performance & discipline.
• Ensure outlet activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Perform other assignments as defined & delivered by the Management.
• Must be able to travel within outlets under your supervision.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements for Restaurant Supervisor• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Diploma/Advanced Higher.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English (as an added advantage).
• Preferably have Food & Beverage Chain/Restaurant Service experience.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Male candidates will be an added advantage.
• Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
• Possess own transport.
