Restaurant Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Restaurant Supervisor- We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.- Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.- Ensures that all working areas, furnishings and equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.- Attend to customer inquiries.- At least 3 - 5 years of experience as supervisor in the related management field.- Applicant must able to work at Mutiara Damansara.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Restaurant Management: 3 years (preferred)
