Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores or branches within a designated area.
Conduct monthly branch visits regularly to evaluate the operation, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and efficiency of employees.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Analyze sales reports and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and support store managers, assisting them in managing store teams.
Set performance goals for store managers and evaluate their performance regularly.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role, with at least 3-5 years of experience in retail, sales, or operational management.
Prior experience managing multiple locations or branches is a strong advantage.
Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and P&L (profit and loss) oversight.
