Main Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store.
Your responsibilities include:
Sales and Customer Engagement
Attend to walk-in customers and meet their needs with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Drive sales by promoting products and services, upselling, and cross-selling.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide personalized recommendations and expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.
Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Inventory Management
Handle inbound and outbound stock efficiently and accurately.
Conduct regular stock counts to ensure proper inventory management.
Organize and maintain stock displays, ensuring products are attractively presented.
Assist in processing online orders, including picking, packing, and dispatching items promptly.
Coordinate with the online team to ensure timely fulfillment and excellent customer service.
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a visually appealing store environment.
Support in-store promotions and campaigns by preparing displays and materials.
Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing daily sales reports.
Work closely with the retail team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store performance.
Support new team members with training and guidance when needed.
