Retail Assistant (No exp required; training provided/Based Kulai)- Urgent!Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (9.45am-7.15pm), 1 rest day falls on weekday
Ascertain customers' needs by delivering good customer service.
Arranging and labelling goods in the display racks.
Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for.
Processing customer payments at the checkout point.
Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers.
Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours.
Any other ad-hoc duties given by Superior.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM with and without work experience are encouraged to apply.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition.
Good working attitude and a dependable team player.
Prefer candidates withat least 1 year of retail experience in baking industry
