As our full-time Retail Assistant, you will work closely with the Nateskin sales team to operate our retail outlets throughout the Klang Valley (1Utama, KLCC, Sunway Pyramid).
Responsibilities
-Present and demonstrate Nateskin's products
-Listen and understand customers' wants and needs to recommend suitable products.
-Engage in meaningful interactions and build relationships with customers.
-Constantly build product knowledge and actively share this knowledge to existing and potential customers
-Work closely with Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
-Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
-Give recommendations to managers for areas of improvement of sales tactics, on-going promotions, and product improvement.
-Provide training to future sales staff
-Be required to work on some weekends and Public holidays during a pop-up week
-Handle merchandise display
-TikTok and Reels: To be involved with some TikTok/IG Reels content, when required.
-Any other special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
