Retail Assistants Part Time (Paradigm mall PJ)Working Hours:
• Flexible, based on store needs and personal availability.
• Typical shifts could range between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Major Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with using the photo booth and ensure they have a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and photo booth areas.
• Provide support to the store manager in daily operations and inventory management.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist in setting up and taking down promotional displays or events.
• Help with general store maintenance and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Manage and update the store's social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging content related to store activities, promotions, and customer experiences for social media platforms.
• Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments or messages in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Korean is a plus but not required.
• Experience with social media management, including creating and posting content on Instagram and TikTok.
