What's the role?
We are looking for a Retail Associate as our brand ambassador to build meaningful relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will represent the brand by providing best-in-class support to all of our customers from the moment they step foot in the door until the moment they leave.

; Requirements:- What will you do?
Day-to-day, you will:



-Introduce and educate customers about our brand values and products


-Deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer in a way that is uniquely ana tomy


-Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and assist customers in customising products every step of the way


-Assemble our personalised products with high efficiency and quality craftsmanship


-Manage and process the store pick-up orders to ensure the timeliness of all deliveries


-Liaise with customers to manage and resolve requests related to orders, refunds or exchange.


-Observe quality control for each personalised order


-Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operation of order fulfilment and logistic arrangements.


-Process, organise and track stock to ensure supplies are enough and in good order.


-Ensure all data is captured accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets


-Organise and prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met


-Show up to shifts on time with a can-do attitude


-Restock sales floor throughout the day


-Keep our store clean, tidy, and maintain store presentation


Requirement
You'll succeed in this role if you:



-Have 1-2 years experience working in retail


-Minimum SPM or Diploma holder (degree is a bonus)


-Have the ability to communicate with warmth, energy, and sincerity


-Have a genuine interest in initiating conversations and building relationships with customers (bilingual abilities preferred but not required)


-Have the capacity to learn and sell products requiring specialist knowledge


-Are passionate about handcrafted works with quality craftsmanship


-Are highly organised and a process-driven individual


-Have an eye for detail, and good problem-solving skills


-Have great communication skills and enjoy working in a team


-Like taking plenty of initiative, and are a highly motivated self-starter


-Enjoy multi-tasking and work cross-functionally


-Have the appetite to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment


-Have a genuine interest in wanting to make a difference in a growing business


-Are a team player with an open, honest communication


-Are a strategic thinker with a thorough and detailed approach


-Are not just getting the job done but getting it done well


-Have a minimum of five days availability weekly, in addition to full availability on weekends.
