Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's needs, recommending suitable apparels to suit customer's needs, and offering alternatives to customers.
Maintain, replenish, and upkeep the store according to brand image and standards.
Actively maintain a global brand image.
Manage outlet operations, customer service, customer inquiries, product display, and merchandising.
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and basic math skills.
