Job Responsibilities:
Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience, including cleaning merchandise fixtures and checking stock.
Greet customers and assist them with product information.
Follow the company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
Take ownership of products under your responsibility and propose ideas to improve customer buying experiences.
Respect the working environment and your colleagues, maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
Job RequirementsOpen to diploma graduates and above or equivalent.
Proficient in English and Malay.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good understanding of UNIQLO and LifeWear.
Passionate about fashion and retail, with a focus on customer service.
