To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store.
To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
To ensure proper inventory control of the stores.
To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees.
To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers' needs are met.
To perform cashiering duties.
To comply with all operational standards.
Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.RequirementsPresentable.
Retail sales experience preferred; skincare industry would be an advantage.
Able to work on rotational shifts and public holidays.
