Operating more than 350 stores, the group represents in excess of 200 brands across various categories and offers world-class retail environments that offer compelling and luxurious shopping experiences.**About the Role**- This is a full-time role to support retail operations of our Bath & Body Works store at Midvalley Southkey by providing excellent customer service and achieving the sales goals**Job Scope**- The Retail Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.- Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.- Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs - Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.**Requirements**:- Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.- Min 1 year retail experience is required.- Fluent in English & Malay.
