Job Scope • The Retail Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.
• Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.
• Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs – Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.
Requirements • Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.
• Passionate about customer service and motivated to maximize sales.
• Able to converse in English, Malay & Mandarin
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Those candidates that can start immediately will be given preference.
• Min 1 year retail experience is required.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Remuneration & Benefits • Competitive Basic Salary + Allowance + Attractive Commission +Performance Bonus
• 7 Off days per month.
