Retail Auditor – Job Description
ABOUT THIS JOB
This role provides a great opportunity to start work in a global team environment, with touchpoints into many different departments.
The role purpose is assisting in data collection under the close supervision of team leaders/supervisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for data quality, explaining the movement of data on a shop by shop basis
Conduct audit work assigned in accordance with the standard Ipsos procedure outlined in Manual
Maintain good relationship with retailers and the stability of the panel
Meet up with direct superior (daily/weekly) on project briefing including area coverage, client list, audit item list, daily audit plan and etc.
Make necessary preparation before audits i.e contact details, arrange documents, forms, and incentives
Interview retailer and collect data required by using Company provided handheld device
Adhere to field instruction and attend all briefings organized by senior staff
Conduct fieldwork for Retail census
Conduct ad hoc fieldwork assignments which may from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be to converse in English, Malays and Mandarin language (added advantage)
Energetic & willing to travel
Good interpersonal skills
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
No work experienced required
