In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique outlets.
What you'll be doing
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries, selection, and purchases
Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the boutique outlets, ensuring a welcoming and visually appealing environment
Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring optimal product availability
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, processing, and organising deliveries
Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising and promotional strategies
Provide support for various administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
Proficient in handling cash and credit card transactions
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
A passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the company
