Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identifies and penetrate key market segments for PFC focus products.
Drives PFC productivity to enhance the performance of sales teams to maximise sales performance towards meeting target set.
Regularly review PFC performance and take corrective action on weakness.
Provide handholding period for new staff until familiarise with PFC businesses.
Assist and guide sales staff to secured and build focus product businesses.
Initiate and guide PFC / branches to arrange sales events, roadshows & customer campaign.
Execute plans, strategies and campaigns set by Regional Director and Head, PFC to distribute retail products through the PFCs in the assigned area.
To work with the Regional Director and Branch Manager in devising the branch sales strategy and tactics, and developing sales capability of the PFCs in the assigned area.
Develop sales capability and competency of the sales team by identifying development needs and leveraging resources to provide training and conduct sales clinic.
Achieves sales targets and manage the actual performance for the PFCs in the assigned area.
Achieves PFC headcount target in the assigned area.
Determine and communicate performance expectation effectively to all PFCs in the assigned area.
Work with BM & RD to ensure complaints relating to PFCs are addressed.
Customer Relationship
Ensure PFC are establishing and maintaining relationship with customers and continuously nurture the relationship by applying "Farmer" concept.
Ensure PFC are maintaining good standard of services to customer and treat customer fairly.
Timely reporting and escalation of issues relating to customer and business partners to Branch Manager and Head, PFC.
People Management
To build strong relationship with the Regional Directors, Branch Managers and to ensure constant business referrals and vice versa. To ensure PFC under purview build good rapport with all bank touchpoint and maintain long term and profitable relationships with branch staff to promote retail products.
Provide leadership and guidance to PFCs in the assigned area by acting as a coach, mentor, manager and motivator, monitor PFCs performance and take corrective actions when needed.
To encourage and promote teamwork within branch sales team.
To portrait a professional business image at all times through high standard of housekeeping and personal grooming.
Provide guidance to the PFCs on developing customer acquisition and cross selling action plans which are aligned to Segment strategies.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensures compliance with CIMB Bank's policies and procedures, audit compliance and BNM guidelines.
Ensures compliance with Code of Sales Ethics and Governance.
To guide and coach PFC to minimise incomplete documents.
Others
Undertake assignments and ad-hoc functions as and when required.
Required Competencies and Skills:
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
Full Regulatory Licenses (FiMM, PRS, PCE, CEILLI & TBE)
Professional qualification (RFP/CFP) will have an added advantage
Preferably IPPC License
Minimum 3 years servicing as PFC (Internal) / Minimum 3 years in Retail Loan and FBI sales experience
Resourceful and good networking skills.
Time management skills: able to prioritise and organise well.
Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
