Do you have the determination to use your ability to shape the industry and redefine your career growth?Career OpportunityJoin us now, one of the biggest retails in MalaysiaROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily operations and performance of the branch.Maintain high standard for store appearance and cleanliness as well as product freshness.Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans including all signature programs.Working with relevant department to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityTrains and reviews all staffs job performance and promoting an effective performance teamMeeting sales and profitability goals, delivery of customer satisfaction and enhancing.Provide feeding back on buying trends, customer needs and competitor activities.Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company policies as they pertaining to food handling, and other food safety guidelines.Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.**Requirements**:Min.
