Job ResponsibilitiesTo carry out day to day operations and improve outlet's performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customer awareness, and staff development.
To lead & assist SM in managing and prevailing retail operation functions and performances; involving duties in supervisory, opening and closing of store, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, administration, and stock receipt reports as well as sales reports.
Assist in controlling outlet's operating expenses and billings.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments and PICs in ensuring the smooth execution and high level of quality for all operation activities of the outlet.
Assist SM/SIC on overall retail operation.
Maintain all necessary documentation.
Identify, recommend, and implement systems to minimize loss of merchandise, money, or company assets and report to the relevant person in charge.
Ensure & maintain low shrinkage as per KPI.
Sales and MarketingAssist in monitoring outlet's sales performance and drive the team to achieve the sales target.
Ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correctly labeled and up to Company's standard practice.
Able to understand the process of disposal and return of damaged stocks.
Monitor and handle housekeeping and the ordering process of outlet's stocks.
Plan, coordinate, record, and control the process of incoming & outgoing stock; including preparation of stock report, stock conditions, and expiry details.
Talent Acquisition & ManagementEnsure sufficient manpower for the outlet by working actively alongside HR on recruitment.
Schedule and plan for sufficient manpower for daily operation.
Oversee the staff's activities and work performance within their assigned area.
Assist in providing on-the-job training for new and existing staff as required.
Administration & Ad-hocEnsure compliance with Company's policies and operational guidelines.
Report to SM/SIC on progress and issues.
Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness, tidiness, and effective display of merchandise and outlet as a whole.
Customer ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services; mastering product knowledge; actively involved in handling customer's enquiries, complaints, and issues.
Provide solutions to customers.
Ad-Hoc TaskParticipate in any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the management.
