We're Hiring Retail Executive | Company Background : Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products) | Basic: RM 1,500 RM 2,500++|Monthly Commission  | Location: Starling Mall, Klang Valley | Job Type: Full Time #mandarinspeaker We are building up teams.
We are hiring people who enjoy doing sales, like to communicate with people, desire to earn more money and ambitious to be a retail supervisor.
The goal for this role is to be a branch leader of multiple teams.
Job responsibilities Develop and Implement Sales Strategies Establish short term and long-term sales goals and strategies.
Identify and analyses customer needs and requirements Manage customer complaints, inquiries, and questions Prepare sales reports and analyzing data Conduct market research understand market trend, products, and services.
Staying updated with the latest trends in industry.
Job Requirements: Excellent communication in Mandarin Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferable with sales experience.
