Retail Executive (Putrajaya)

We are seeking an eager, motivated Retail Executive/ management trainee to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required.**Responsibilities**:- Ensures pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to company's standard- Assists in providing on-the job training for new and existing staff when required- Assists in handling daily operations and other supervisory duties including opening and closing of store, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, administration, stock receipt report and sales reports- Plans monthly duty roster and ensures sufficient allocation of manpower resources**Job Requirements**:- Possess Diploma in any discipline- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English- Good communication skill and able to work in team- Responsible and willing to learn**Experience**:- Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)- Management: 1 year (preferred)- Sales: 1 year (preferred)Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
