Responsibilities:Oversee and manage business activities of a department to achieve sales, profit, and growth objectives.
Responsible for department front line functions.
Carry out day-to-day operations and improve department performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customer awareness, and staff development.
Attend to customers' enquiries, complaints, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness, tidiness, and effective display of merchandise in the outlet.
Consistently improve staff knowledge of products and jobs to maintain work performance.
You may be assigned to departments (English / Malay / Chinese / Revision / Stationery / Multimedia / CD Rama).
Requirements:
Diploma or tertiary education with at least 1 - 2 years working experience.
Tertiary education with or without working experience(for Retail Trainee).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply(for Retail Trainee).
Possess good leadership and management skills.
Dynamic, self-motivated, fast learner, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong interest and passion to work in the retail industry.
Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
