Job Description REPORTS TO: Commercial Manager /Area Commercial Executive/Education Manager Primary Function: Maintain the daily operations and maintenance of the store Responsible for all phases of inventory and cash controls and insures it is in compliance with the established policies and procedures Responsible for ordering merchandise, maintaining constant order flow, and proper inventory levels at all times Responsible for accuracy in all areas of paperwork on a daily basis (banking, sales reports, and inventory) Accountabilities: Maintains the proper merchandising and displaying guidelines of products and brands within the store.Maintain and enforces the purchasing guidelines as directed by brands.Insures the brand image in being projected and maintained at all times by the presentation of each employee and the merchandising of products within the store.Trains and prepares all work schedules Maintains and coordinates procedures for controlling and receiving of merchandise including damages and adjustments Insures the proper procedures are being utilized in all the Point of Sales and Back Office transactions.Handles any customers inquiries in a courteous manner Develops and motivates employees, keeping morale and work ethics at their peak Requirements Education: Minimum high school education, college background preferred.Job-Related Experience: Five (5) years retail experience.1 - 2 years management experience required.Specialty store management background is a plus.Analytical/Interpretive Skills: Training and coaching new and existing employees and customers.Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.Embrace the company's corporate philosophy.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.Comfortable managing and supervising people.Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.Effort: This position requires excellent communication skills to be performed on a daily basis.This position requires moderate physical effort.Some unpacking and packing of materials is required when restocking the floor supplies.There may be moving and setting up of displays and other events taking place in your location.Working Conditions: Freestanding Store (retail selling floor).Image & Dress Code: Ensure that all team members adhere to the brand's grooming guidelines.Benefits Store Incentive: RM500 +/- (depending on the Store Size / Store Sales achievement) Transportation Allowance: RM500 (Only Retail Manager) Allowance: up to RM6000 Work arrangement: 5 days work per week- Annual Wage Supplement: 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation) Free Cosmetics: RM1,650/ quarterly OT Claim available Performance Bonus: ARM > 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation) ; RM > 2 months of basic salary (upon confirmation)
