Retail Manager (Gurney Plaza Penang)

Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for store performance and results in terms of Sales, Operations & People.
Ensure smooth store operations at all times, responding to and resolving issues as they arise (e.g., inventory, manpower, product quality, customer experience).
Ensure the team provides excellent customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves our store with a positive feeling.
Understand company and store KPIs, build, train, and work together with the team to achieve Store KPIs.
Able to handle various responsibilities within the job scope.
