Outlet Visits and Checklist Conduct regular visits to all retail outlets to assess operations, staff performance, and adherence to SOPs.Utilize checklists to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.Work with the Head of Merchandising to ensure optimal inventory levels in each outlet.Monitor inventory turnover rates and take corrective actions to avoid stockouts or excess stock.Communicate regularly with outlet managers to relay company updates, expectations, and performance feedback.Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on outlet performance, challenges, and proposed solutions 3. Excellence Customer Service Promote a culture of excellence in customer service across all outlets.Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, implementing measures to enhance customer satisfactionProvide training programs for retail staff, covering customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to SOPs.Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff members are well-equipped to meet performance expectations 4.
