Retail Operations Executive - Kl - 1 Year

**Operation Executive (Retail)****Oil & Gas Industry (SHELL)****1 Year Contract****Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur****Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm****RM 5500 per month**The role aims to support the operational aspects for the Category Management team to deliver target promise via timely and efficient promotion execution, tracking and analysis of promotion performance as well as sales data analytics.**Responsibility includes**:- Oversee branding & marketing expenses in ensuring maximizing returns from SP&A spend.- Overall management of in store marketing & promotional materials.- Responsible in billings, performance analysis for category management team, and managing Product Master File (PMF) Coordination with Sales, Operations and suppliers to ensure promotion activation on site with full shelves and POSM in place.- Carry out trade marketing responsibilities related to in store promotions & activities, ie, promo/SKU code activation & maintenance, categorization of dealer's choice requests, SKU performance data, information update onto Market Hub etc.- Providing insights on high performance SKUs, Dealers Choice, Promotions to Category team and gap to potential (if any).- Ensuring latest promotions, pricing and planograms are uploaded into company system.**Key skills and requirements**:- Min bachelor's degree with 2-5 year experience in convenience retail or FMCG industry.- Knowledge of category management process and supplier contracts.- Strong commercial and financial acumen, good analytical & communication skills.- Proven track record in operational delivery.- Proficient in contract management (service and supply contracts) to optimise company value and mitigate value left on the table.- Proficient in performance analysis via Excel.- Excellent stakeholder management with proven ability to influence and deliver through others in a fast paced, complex operating environment.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- convenience retail or FMCG industry.: 5 years (preferred)
