Job DescriptionAnalyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Forecast demand, inventory planning, and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
Create and maintain sales and inventory reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans, collaborate with teams to plan product assortments and stock levels, and adjust plans based on performance and trends.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
Work with merchandising, buying, and supply chain teams, communicate findings and recommendations to senior management, and use planning and forecasting tools to manage inventory and sales data while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Prepare, plan and review daily ordering report to improve and maintain 95% stock availability in stores across Malaysia.
Analyze fast-selling products that can contribute to sales revenue.
Monitor stock availability for each store.
Control and minimize stock wastage in stores.
Plan for ordering accurately by forecast, range and stock level to every store across Malaysia during seasonal holidays, events, and promotions.
Visit stores to ensure physical stock availability, maximize sales profitability, and optimize customer experience.
Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or its equivalent.
Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes, and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheet, and other data analysis tools.
Minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant field.
High emotional intelligence and strong people skills.
Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast-moving work environment.
Independent, result-driven, and self-motivated.
Good time management and stress management skills.
Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently, and a good team player.
