Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers. To ensure of correct selling techniques to do sales and achieves target. Demonstrate sound knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales. Maintain & ensure the correctness of inventory, responsible for any stock loss/thefts, ensure check and balance are done in proper manner. To maintain and increase customer loyalty . Work closely with Merchandising team & Marketing team especially in display and promotion at the sales floor.  Manage sales area housekeeping including storeroom. Job Training will be provided. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales at retail industry. Able to communicate & understand in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage as there are many mandarin speaking customers. Able to work within Genting Highlands Premium Outlets / Selangor / Kuala Lumpur areas. Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills. Able to work in a team and hardworking. Able to start immediately or within short notice. Able to work as per retail shop working hour. Location Available: Genting Highlands Premium Outlets
