Retail Sales Assistant

Requirements: - Minimum qualification: SPM - Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Melayu - Preferably with 1 to 2 years of sales experience - Passionate about sports, especially football/soccer - Trustworthy, patient, and friendly attitude towards customers and employer - Must be willing to work during retail hours, including public holidays and weekends - Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Willing to learn - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Full-time / Part-time positions available - Location: Berjaya Time Square, KL.
Responsibilities: - Represent the company and promote products to walk-in customers - Interact with customers and attend to their queries and feedback - Receive service sets from customers and provide after-sales service - Provide product information and sell products and services - Conduct daily stock and inventory checks - Prepare for online orders
