Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team (wine sales). The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing store operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), and fostering strong customer relationships to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the opening and closing of the store according to the shift schedule, ensuring smooth operations and a secure environment.
Assist with the implementation of store SOPs and policies to ensure efficient and compliant daily operations.
Conduct regular stock counting and audits for accurate inventory management and proper documentation of stock levels.
Ensure all daily administrative tasks and records are updated and maintained in a timely and organized manner.
Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on store operations, initiatives, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service to create a loyal and satisfied customer base.
Requirements:
1-2 years in retail management or a related field
Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate in English
Previous wine experience is a plus
Willingness to travel as needed
Workdays: 6 days per week
