Job Responsibilities:


-Work in Jewel Cafe branch in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. 


-Attend customers and provide good customer service.


-Attending calls and sharing the business concept with the customers.


-Prepare and deliver appropriate services to the customers that come to sell their items.


-Good team spirit and working together with partners to achieve better results.


-Perform well in daily routine tasks (shop opening and closing).

-Diploma / Degree holder in any field of study or any working experience.


-No experience candidates are welcome to apply.


-On-the-job training will be provided.


-Able to work in shift rotation including weekends and Public Holiday.


-Good with computer and knowledge of MS Office.


-Willingness to understand and learn the skills of appraisal and negotiating techniques.


-Fast learner and passion for gold, branded items, and luxury watches.
