Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:


-Greeting customers when they walk through the door


-Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations


-Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer's order if needed


-Inviting customers to search the company's website for more infos, deals, etc


-Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary


-Inviting the customer to join our loyalty program


-Maintaining a high standard of service all the time in store


-Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor


-Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times


-Be able to communicate clearly about products and services.


-Be willing to learn new things quickly


-Solve problems quickly and effectively

-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in retail business.


-Deep understanding on how a retail floor operation works.


-Passion for retailing, branding, fashion and outdoor activities.


-Able to work independently.


-Target and customer-service oriented and has a passion for learning about products knowledge.


-Good teamwork spirit, friendly, hardworking and outgoing personality.


-Detail oriented and punctual with time.


-Love outdoor picnic, camping, hiking and trekking, anything under the sun.


-Skills in digital design and creative media is a bonus.
